Some places do not photograph well because the point of them is that you are standing in the middle. Trails, parks, grounds and waterfronts are exactly that, and a sphere is the only honest way to show them.

A photograph of a trail is a photograph of a path going away from you. What it leaves out is the whole reason someone would walk it: the tree canopy, the drop to the creek, the light through the far side. A 360° sphere keeps all of it, and an aerial sphere adds the shape of the place from above.
We shoot outdoor spaces for parks departments, campgrounds, golf courses, wedding grounds, cemeteries, trail associations and any business whose grounds are part of what it is selling.

Seasonal returns
A Western New York park in October and the same park in February are two different places. Some clients book both.
What it changes
For a municipality or a trail association, a tour is an access tool. Someone with limited mobility, or a visitor planning a trip, can see the terrain and the facilities before deciding whether and how to come.
For a business with grounds (a wedding venue, a golf course, a campground), the outdoor space is usually the thing that closes the sale, and it is usually the thing represented worst online. A connected outdoor tour tends to be the highest-return part of the shoot.
Weather is the honest caveat. We schedule around it, and Western New York being what it is, that sometimes means moving a date. We would rather move than hand you a grey sphere.

What happens if the weather turns?
We reschedule. An outdoor sphere shot under flat grey cloud is not worth publishing, and you would not thank us for it.
Do you need permits for aerial work?
Where a site or an airspace requires authorization, that gets sorted before the shoot. Tell us the location when you inquire and we will check it.
Can you cover a whole park?
Yes, though large sites are usually best done as a set of connected routes rather than one enormous tour. We will suggest a structure when we see the map.
