These terms cover this website. The terms of any photography work we do for you are set out in your own quote and agreement, and those take precedence.
Using this site
You are welcome to browse this site, open the tours and share links to any page. You may not scrape it wholesale, republish its content as your own, or use it in a way that interferes with anyone else’s use of it.
Who owns the images
The photographs and panoramas shown here remain the property of their respective owners. In most cases that is the client who commissioned the tour, since we transfer copyright to the client on delivery. Do not reuse them without written permission.
The Virtual 3 Sixty name and logo, and the AldoMedia name and logo, are marks of AldoMedia, LLC. Third-party marks that appear on this site belong to their respective owners and are shown to indicate certification or membership, not to imply endorsement of anything beyond that. Those marks include Google, Google Maps and Street View, and the marks of the IVRPA and IAPP.
What you can rely on
We keep this site accurate and current, but it is marketing material rather than a contract. Descriptions of what a tour includes are typical, not guaranteed; the deliverables for your project are whatever your quote says they are. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here is legal, compliance or professional advice for your industry.
Third-party content
The site links to and embeds content hosted elsewhere, including Google Maps and Street View. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Loading it is your choice. Those embeds stay dormant until you click.
Availability
We do not promise the site or any individual tour will be available without interruption. Tours published years ago are kept online as long as it is practical to do so, but this site is provided as it is.
Limitation
To the fullest extent the law allows, AldoMedia, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
