Privacy policy

Short version: we collect what you type into the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it to anybody.

Last updated: this policy describes the site as currently built. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this page will be updated before they go live.

What we collect

Only what you give us. If you fill in the contact form we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you typed, along with the type of space you selected. That is the whole of it. There is no account to create and nothing to sign up for.

Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, page requested, timestamp) as a normal part of running a website. Those are the host’s logs, retained on their schedule, and we do not build profiles from them.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
  • We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels on this site.
  • We do not send marketing email. If you contact us, you get a reply about your inquiry, not a mailing list.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Two things do use your browser’s own storage:

  • The accessibility toolbar saves your display preferences in local storage so they survive a page change. That data never leaves your device.
  • The contact form uses a short-lived session cookie to run its spam check. It carries no personal information and expires when you close the browser.

If you open one of the 360° tours or a Google Map, that content comes from a third party and is subject to their own policies. Those embeds do not load until you click to load them, so nothing third-party runs on this site unless you ask for it.

How inquiries are handled

Contact form submissions arrive as email and are kept as long as we need them to deal with your inquiry and any resulting work. Ask us to delete your inquiry and we will.

Privacy when we photograph your space

This part matters more than the website. When we shoot a 360° tour:

  • Faces of anyone who appears in a published tour are blurred.
  • We can shoot outside business hours so nobody is in frame at all, and for medical and dental work we do that as standard.
  • For medical, dental and any regulated setting we photograph nothing that identifies a patient: no charts, no screens, no names. You review the full set before anything is published.
  • You choose the points before we start. Anything you would rather not show simply is not photographed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send us a note through the contact form or call us and we will deal with it.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
